If you're living in South Africa, or getting South African version of The History Channel through satellite, you can follow a short documentary on RHCP today at 17:00.

17:00 The Red Hot Chili Peppers
Despite drug problems, criminal charges and a changing line-up, their mix of funk, punk, metal and rap is still producing hits like Californication 20 years on.

why has the site become less dynamic than before?no more polemic discussions on hot topics,no more controversial issues like that of JOSH's poll,no more great videos such as WET SAND,etc....seems this stagnation caused by hiatus of RHCP activities has resulted in the same attitude at I-M.NET.

  6. Iva says:

Activities are taking place at the FORUM, not in the comments on news items.
Also, this was an off-topic comment, which is, as I have explained many times, NOT OK. Seriously, I appreciate your support, but the forum is what people use for discussions. There are many controversial topics there, perhaps you have never browsed it?

Less activity? Perhaps less things to argue about? The number of visitors to this website per day has increased three times in the last 12 months. Everyone comes here as the official site is not operational at the moment. I would not call that "less activity", by any means.

Also, I have my own business and my own family where I'm the only person earning money; I've been swamped with work and computer issues from May on. This is not what I do to earn my bread, and it is unrealistic to expect of me and people who help with the site to run this as if it was daily news. And even if this was, god forbid, my day job, it'd still be impossible.

As for John...well, I do not know him in person, but he's obviously taking things at slow pace these days and we can't and we should not expect him to provide us with entertainment 366 days a year.

I know what a tough and demanding task it is to run such a highly visited website.I know it's a huge burden upon your shoulders and i'm also aware of the fact that this isn't the way you earn living.i never meant to be rude.i'm an everyday visitor of this site which i adore,so if i say something it's just because of the feeling i have for I-M.NET...leaving comments is more appealing to me than appearing in forum room,so please do not mind me of sometimes being off topic....you completely disarmed me with your response, but i never meant to piss you off...g'luck.
