Help Save a Life!

A note from me, the owner and maintainer of Invisible Movement:
I have not had anyone die of any form of cancer in my wider family, but I happen to live in a country where many areas were contaminated by depleted uranium and as the whole area, including a couple of other countries, was the sight of either civil war or bombing. As for me in particular, I went through 78 days of almost continious bombing, the closest one occuring to a building 400 metres from my home, and I consider myself lucky. I know people who went through worse things. I know people accross Balkans who have been experiencing cancer all of the sudden, I heard of children being born without eyes, as if being relatively close to the sight of the world's worst nuclear disaster was not already enough. I know many people who suffer from thyroid related problems. And, many children in this area of the world also suffer from leukemia, the horrible illness that took our fellow fan Armando away, on the other side of the ocean.
Therefore, I would also kindly ask everyone who can and I know many of you can, I know many of you are wealthy, please do donate to leukemia or any other cancer reasearch societies in the countries you live in. And feel free to give me heads up on people who need help in particular. Spreading stories can make a difference. If you, in particular, cannot help, someone will. Being nice to people who are in pain can also make a difference; I am refering to the beginning of the story and one of the kindest humans I have ever heard of and whom I've, luckily, seen with my own eyes, otherwise I might as well not believe that they were real and not just my imagination, as stories as this one are indeed rare.
