Compared to the 2001, 2004 and 2005 ones, John’s 1997 shows are just…different. He was still struggling with serious drug addiction, he was often losing control of his voice and he was not making jokes or talking to the audience. However, that is also a part of the history, a part of his life story and back catalog, so here is a short set he did in Kentucky in April 1997. If anyone has information on the exact date and venue, it would be great. As for the songs, Elemental and Dust Bin are the supposed names of two songs that have never been released, while Moist Vagina is a Nirvana song.
