From The Sound Inside – the Internet album

The Internet album, named From The Sounds Inside in a poll on the first incarnation of John's official website, was uploaded in August 2001. Unfortunately, it was made available as a collection of 160 kbps Windows media audio files and the majority of these tracks was given very random titles; with an exception of rough versions of tracks from To Record Only Water For Ten Days and the Going Inside EP. Penetrate Time (Lou Bergs) is actually called Low Birds. I Will Always Be Beat Down is just Beat Down. Cut Myself Out later appeared on the Brown Bunny soundtrack and its real name is Leave All The Days Behind. The real names of the other tracks might or might not be what you see here.
However, when listening to these tracks, for the love of last.fm, iLike, MOG and other music listening statistic services, do not change their names. They are easier to track this way.
The only things that have been changed are misspellings in two tracks: Three Thoughts and Innerstate Sex, which were written as Three Throughts and Interstate Sex.

This material, which has never been published on a commercial album, was made available for free to all John fans in August 2001.These songs are are a personal gift from John Frusciante, to you the fans. (Please do not ever attempt to sell these tracks on eBay or use them in any other commercial way)
