Yumi Yoshimura, a member of the Japanese band Puffy AmiYumi said this in an interview with Metromix.
What do you like about American culture?
Yumi: In Japan, a lot of the movies are American, and [they're] very popular. Also [Red Hot Chili Peppers' guitarist] John Frusciante.
Ami: I really love American music. Besides that, I also really love how the snack packaging is so 'pop.' I really like the design. The cereal boxes, the packaging of them.
