As it was stated so many times, John is on a song called Way Down together with RZA and Barbie Hatch. You can buy the song by clicking here (it’s DRM free), download the whole album here and get the physical copy of the CD here. There is a LP as well, but it’s out on 10th March and it will contain a card for a free digital download.
Many prominent guests and notable musicians are featured on the album, such as David Byrne, Karen O, the deceased Ol’ Dirty Bastard, George Clinton, Kanye West and Santogold, so make sure you check it out and make sure you remember what this album’s purpose is: to kick the boundaries and wipe them off. From there, the album only branches out to become more and more immense and all-consuming in the scope of its theme. “Way Down,†which features Barbie Hatch and John Frusciante of The Red Hot Chili Peppers, culminates in a spine-tinglingly effective verse laid down by the lyrically innovative RZA of the Wu-Tang clan.

And here’s an excerpt from the one on HipHopDX:
Another stellar collaboration, “Way Down”, occurs with Wu-Tang’s abbot, the RZA, as he melds his extraterrestrial verses with Barbie Hatch’s vocal musings alongside the hauntingly beautiful melodies provided by famed Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist, John Frusciante.
