Saturday Questions

  • Saturday question #35: Love

Since I know everyone’s waiting for the site updates tomorrow and the fans on Facebook were told that they’ll get a surprise on Monday if they don’t mention Monday before Monday…how about I make it hard for you all until Monday because I am mentioning Monday though I don’t care about Monday; yet you’re all waiting for Monday though nothing’s really going to happen for a long while after Monday? So, in order to make everyone remember what really matters (and that is not Monday); this week’s question is REALLY hard. And you should crank your souls and minds to 11 and give it your best. What is love? Define…

  • Saturday Question #34: Colours

It’s Saturday! And you know what it means, time for another question. As I said last week, everyone’s welcome to suggest a question to ask Invisible Movement’s visitors, by sending me a message as well as a DM or @reply to site’s Twitter as well. This week, it’s diving back into abstract again, though it’s simple. What is/are your favourite colour/colours and why? What do you associate with them and what do they remind you of? • Saturday question #33: Rate your five senses!

This week, there’s a guest asking a question again…which I actually prefer, so it would be nice if people would send in their questions for coming weeks. You can send a direct message or an @reply to site’s Twitter as well. Mark asks: Rate your five senses (touch, taste, smell, sight, hear) from favourite to least. • Saturday question #32: Autumn and Spring

In a couple of days, there’s an equinox. Also, us on the nothern hemisphere will go from summer to autumn. Those on the southern hemisphere will go from winter to spring. Either way, one of the more extreme seasons will be turning into one of the less extreme ones. And there are a lot of stories and beliefs associated to equinoxes, too. Which one do you prefer: autumn or spring? And why? Do you have any habits related to saying goodbye to spring and winter? For previous Saturday questions, click here.

  • Saturday question #31: End of the world scenario

First of all, I’m impressed with how good the debate on last week Saturday question turned out to be. There are some true intellectuals posting on the site and it can only be a good thing. Thank you all! And now for something completely different. As tasteless as it may be, yesterday reminded me of this topic. The world of films, books and TV series seems to have always been crazy about the end of the world scenarios. Instant Shift made a compilation of 25 most famous end of the world scenarios on film. But now…now it is the time to come up with YOURS. Give us all a synopsis…

  • Saturday question #30: Impossible

Welcome to 30th edition of Saturday questions. Since I’m planning to give y’all a quick surprise later today as I’m really in a great mood, this will be a short one. Define impossible. What is impossible? Is there impossible? How do you abolish impossible? How do you bury your impossible? I’m sorry if this reminds anyone of Chicken Soup For Soul, because I really want to know your answers to this and I bet you want to know other people’s answers, too. • Saturday question #29: Books

This week’s Saturday question is pretty generic, which doesn’t mean it’s boring. Once a month, generic subjects should have their own turn, too; just as often as the total WTFs. What are your favourite books? Share your stories on them, explain why they’re your favourites, provide links to them, quick reviews if you like. Recommend what you like to everyone else. For previous Saturday questions, click here.

  • Saturday question #28: A word game – animals

This week’s Saturday question is a bit different. I will give you some words, this time names of domestic animals and you should write the first thing that comes to your mind. So, the words are. Sheep – Cow – Goat – Pig – Goose – Chicken – Horse – Donkey – For previous Saturday questions, click here.

  • Saturday question #27 – Cartoons!

The 27th Saturday question is on and no, that does not mean SQs will face a tragic death after this one. Time for something happy and, for a change, not related to music. As a person who made the visual art baby steps by getting involved with animated movies at the age of 11, I would like to talk with you all about cartoons. The other reason is just “because”. I know we had a cartoon-related question back in May, but art is art and doing these things out of the ars gratia artis principle is just too bloody awesome. ^_^ What are your favourite cartoons? What are your favourite…

  • Saturday Question #26 – What do you expect from RHCP’s return to studio?

The 26th Saturday question is on. Since there was too much hype in the last ten days or so, well, the quiet Saturdays had to give in to that hype as well. Then again, this week’s question is being asked by a site visitor (an awesome one, for that matter). So, yes, it’s about RHCP jamming again and woulda coulda shoulda kind of stuff. Tatiana asks: What kind of a new album do you expect from RHCP once they return to studio in October? A rock one, a more melodic BTW-like one, a funk one or something completely different?
