Not so many people actually know this until they read the album credits, but yes, the hit track off Macy Gray’s second album, ID was red hot chili pepper’d by John’s subtle and discrete guitar playing. And ms. Gray said that John was quite an interesting person to observe during the recording, as he was doing his yoga moves even then. However, just like the other contributing artists for this song, he isn’t present in the music video, so no need to watch it all over again for a chance of spotting him.
