Site updates, 21st May 2006
Some new audio has been added to the site. The first one is an interview from the Radio 1, UK; in two parts. Many thanks to Adam for the recording. There are also two more live covers: For Emily (Wherever I May Find Her) from Milano last month and How Deep Is Your Love from the KRQQ Weenie roast event on 13th May (thanks to Alex!). So, head to audio section.
Both of these covers are available in the videos section as well, which has had its biggest update so far. There are also two short interview clips from last month, one complete interview; an improved version of the 2001 Valentine’s Day performance at MuchMusic and a (sadly incomplete) interview that followed. You can find all the mentioned videos here, while the page with Morris’ videos from the Irving Plaza RHCP show on 8th May was also updated with the rest of the clips. What I promised in the previous update is online, too. Since the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ world tour is about to kick off next Sunday, expect all the remaining April and May promo show clips to be uploaded by then, since I believe the site will be way too busy with new stuff coming on and on for months to come. Of course, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t send clips and photos from the promo shows. It just means that there will be an avalanche of them in the coming couple of days. In fact, photos and clips are more than welcome.
The 2006 gallery has been updated with more photos from TRL and Feed The Need; as well as photos from the KRQQ Weenie Roast and the May issue of the SNL Magazine. Also, there’s a huge set of the photos taken at the 8th May Irving Plaza show by Stephanie Cruz, have a look at them here.
Finally, there’s an update in the articles section. Guitar World interview, July 2006 issue, X-press online interview and Kerrang! interview with the whole band from the 3rd May issue. Many thanks to Becky, Abby and Skitters for typing all these out.
More to follow soon. Everything is so easier with a decent graphic and sound card, a 2.5 Ghz processor and 1 Gb RAM, however, time is not something one can upgrade; so that’s all for now.
