Site updates

Site updates, 16th July 2006

I am sorry for the lack of “real” updates this month, I do hope this big update will make up for everything, or at least the most of it. At some points this week I almost didn’t feel like living… but here it is, an update.

The previously non-working link to the Fuse interview [alternate angle] is working now. If any other clip is leading you to an error page or downloading an error page (something like 404.php), please do tell me so and I shall fix the problem. It also appears I have never linked the uploaded intro from the 31st May RHCP show in Barcelona. Apologises to NY Fan who sent it to me an to all the fans who didn’t get to see it. It’s uploaded now.

One link was added to the links section.

Here’s a whole bunch of recently uploaded photos from the 1st leg of the European tour:
Rock in Rio by Soraia
Rock In Rio by Ines Lopes
Pink Pop by Alex Hamlin
Paris 8th and 9th June by mrs. Pissy
Dortmund 11th June by Dominik Krüger
Prague 14th June by FruJenny, Judit and Xhris
Berlin by Claudia Krug and Kristijan.

There are also already six sets of photos from the second leg of the European tour, so do check out:
Reading by Richard Hatcher
Coventry by James
Derby by April
Oxegen by Fiona McStay
Manchester #2 by Jen Cunningham
Off-show photos by Emma Harris, who was very lucky to meet John.

How about some new videos? There’s the one mentioned above; John’s covers at Rock Werchster this year and in 2002, a clip from Czech TV, three new covers of For Emily (Wherever I May Find Her) from Dortmund #1, Prague and an alternate one from Barcelona #2; and a partial one of How Deep Is Your Love? from Paris #2….a complete version of this last one would be very much appreciated. Also, bits concerning John from the making of Fortune Faded video and a very funny RHCP award acceptance speech from the 2003 Brit Awards. More videos? Yes, just please have patience, as I have 50+ of them to go through.

As for audio, I am currently having small problems with my audio capture device, it won’t record sound and I don’t have a proper audio splitter either. Help would be very much appreciated.

I have also made two new wallpapers for you. Check them out here and many thanks to the certain picture-taking-human-machine for letting me rape play with the concert photos.

There are three wallpapers made by fans as well, they’re here. Many thanks to David and Alen for sharing their art with the i-m.net visitors.

Articles have been updated as well.
Guitare Xtreme June 2006 issue feature is available both as a text-only and a set of scans.

Kerrang! May 27th 2006 mini-interview is available in two ways as well: text & scan. Many thanks for Jane of Jane’s John Frusciante page for letting me use this scan.

One more Kerrang! interview, but from the Spanish edition has been added to the site as well. Many thanks to wonderful Esther once again. Here are the scans and the transcript.

Volunteers who have time and patience to look at the scans and write down the articles are always welcome.

OK, so, if you manage to find your way through this update, lucky you! I just managed to confuse myself.
