Site updates, Happy New Year 2007!
Happy New Year 2007 to all the visitors, fans, lurks and even haters of Invisible-Movement.net. I hope all your dreams will come true, as long as they’re positive and I also hope 2006 didn’t give you a lot of trouble and that you will have at least one amazing day from it to remember. And make sure some of your New Year’s resolutions are to do creative stuff, watch your spelling, read lots of good books, be nice to people, don’t vent your anger at those who don’t deserve it just to appear cool and spend less times on sites like MySpace, because that’s what turns people into insensitive pieces of something that’s very much alike err…industrial waste. Don’t rank the ones you love, life is not a chartshow and your friends and relatives are not one-hit-wonders.
I want to thank everyone for your continious support all throughout 2006, for sending news, media and articles to the site, for writing wonderful guestbook messages and emails and for sending money donations to Invisible Movement when the old hosting company kicked us out. It’s been a hectic, dynamic year and I even have some unreplied emails from June and July; but it’s absolutely not on purpose.
A special thanks goes to people whom I met at the two RHCP shows in Vienna on 06th and 07th December. You guys were amazing, even when you were pushing around in the queue and in the pit during the show.
Since here where I live it’s mostly not common to give huge presents for Christmas (07th January, NOT 25th December, btw), which is a strict religious holiday, I will give you a couple of surprises today, as a New Year gift. ^_^
Albany 2006 special is BACK!. This time, all 20 videos are there. The most of them are complete songs and, for those who have no idea what I’m talking about, according to some people, this is the best amateur recording of a show in 2006. For those who know, here’s the rest of what you’ve been waiting for!:)
East Rutherford 2006 special is BACK!. That one does not contain of the whole show, “just” ten songs, some of which are not complete, but it contains a version of Snow with falling snow, as it was the show the official video was filmed at. Both of these specials are Marian’s fault and she’s Invisible Movement’s unofficial hero of 2006.
Vienna 2006 special is online! There will be more to it, though; as some of my partners in this crime have more clips to upload and I have contacted a couple of people about their material as well. For now, there are three full songs recorded from the upper level by Claudia and seven clips Dmitri and I recorded from the first imaginary row on the floor. All these videos are from 07th December, I am still looking for some OK videos from 06th.
That’s 40 videos to start a New Year with. Could it get any better than that from the very beginning? Once again, happy 2007!
