I******* stands for Imperium!
This topic contains misspelled album name. Look for the newer news items for an explanation, the album is called The Empyrean, as it’s stated in one of the comments on this. Thanks!
What you’re reading as this news update’s title is the word I did not want to reveal to any of you for the past four months, due to respect for Armando Ruiz’s last wish and firmly believing that John did not mean to reveal it to public at that point. In case some of you are still not familiar with the story; Armando was a 20-year-old RHCP and John fan from San Diego and he had leukemia. Two weeks before he passed away, he had a chance to speak to John, who told him the upcoming album’s name, number of tracks and a couple more things (the whole story).
So, to cut the long story short:
hyakprods, an Invisible Movement reader, spoke to John on Saturday at the Hullabaloo and asked him about the new album. John’s response was that the release date for the album is 20th January 2009 and that its title is The Imperium. Assuming that, with such a scenario it is no longer a secret, here you have it. And now we all have something beautiful to look forward to.
John also said that he is not likely to do any performance-type shows anytime soon, as he is focusing on being creative rather than presenting music to audiences right now.
Enormous thanks to hyakprods for this amazing news. Given all of this, the rumour mill page has been completely re-organised.
In case you’re interested in the word Imperium itself, check its definitions on Wikipedia, Merriam-Webster dictionary or simply, google it.
Post scriptum – This was Armando’s exact sentence back in May:
The name of it is “Imperium” which means the highest point in heaven.
