Here is a compilation of recent answers from the Sargent House management regarding the two upcoming albums that Omar Rodriguez Lopez will collaborate on with John. Please, have some decency and do not bother/abuse mrs. Pellow with identical questions (especially those in "Car broke, phone yes?" fashion), as these pretty much answer everything so far and the label has many more artists to take care of. And yes, some answers change over the time as they were, likely, not responded on the same day.
The albums Omar recorded with John are going to be released separately or at the same time?
I will give information when it's ready. Some things are left to be found out - enjoy surprises. I do.
Do you have any idea what Frusciante is planning for the months to come? Omar + Frusciante tour?
I have no idea of any of John Frusciante's plans.
Do you think we could expect the first Omar album with John to be coming out sometime in April? I've been waiting for this collab for such a long time!
I don't know, still waiting on the masters to be done, so I doubt it but then again I love the sneak attack release so you'll just have to watch and wait and see.
Are Omar Rodriguez-Lopez and John Frusciante currently working together on a new album?
No, but we are releasing the two they did together in April.
Do you have any idea of when Omar recorded the albums he wrote with John?
Not specifically, they have recorded many things over years.
Feels like time for some Omar+John teasing... maybe some art or a tracklist?
Yea, then it wouldn't be a nice sneak attack release.
Will Sonny Kay be providing more kickass artwork for the Omar + John albums?

I want to book a day off work so I can roll around I'm [sic] my own filth for a day, whilst listening to Omar and Johns[sic] awesome new music. When are the new albums due to out[sic]?
Can't give the date yet, for some reason our mastering guy is taking forever.
Will the Omar + John LP's be mostly Acoustic or Electric or Both?
Both.
Will John or Omar be playing anything else other then guitars on the LPs?
I don't really know. One of the albums is a quartet with Juan and Marcel and John and Omar.
So we are half way through April. No LP's yet. I really hope this doesn't come out on 4/20 cause that would be just lame. Please let us know if you are going to push it back to May.
That would be lame. the hold up has been in mastering so what was supposed to be done a while ago has taken a bit longer than any of us expected but it's coming soon. We do the best we can.

Can you disclose any details about ORL+JF album art or album names? Sorry that questions of this sort are cropping up so frequently, I'm just really looking forward to these releases!
I can disclose that one of the albums is called Omar Rodriguez Lopez & John Frusciante.
Are you "promoting" the ORL+JF collabs on the RHCP forum? They have a huge fan base and it would serve the album well...
When the time comes that I have a 100% confirmed date of release we will get the word out - thanks.

His art is REALLY awesome, I have a lot of respect for fellow artists....and thus respect for this label, as they don't steal public domain photos and run a doodle through three filters in some old version of Photoshop Elements. :*
As for the other question, I saw it and I thought it was asked by someone who doesn't know English, hasn't seen the other answers etc, so I didn't even bother to copy and paste. But thanks for this other one, that's awesome news, Sonny is a great artist. xD And you're a gem! <3

no I don't believe he is singing on them, I still have not gotten them back from mastering. I have not heard them all yet
(I know this isn't revealing much =/ But if you're anticipating the albums, it's a tiny heads-up and I think you can assume it will still take some time until they will be released.)
