Swahili Blonde to play live in Los Angeles this year, John on guitar
As it was just posted on the band’s Myspace, Swahili Blonde are going to play live in Los Angeles in spring/summer 2010. More details to follow as soon as they’re known.
The band will contain of:
Laena (Myers-Ionnita) : violin, bass
Dante (?) : bass, guitar
Alan (Myers) : drums, percussion
(Michael) Quinn : string synth, guitar, cello, percussion
John (Frusciante) : guitar
Nicole (Turley) : drums, vocals
Heather (?) : vocals
Arianna (?) : vocals
The whole blog entry can be read here and it is also said that the band’s rehearsals are going well, thanks to wonderful friends and talents involved. From a listener’s side, it is obviously interesting to see how a project builds up.
