There’s an article about John in the July 2006 issue of Guitar Tecniques. I’m guessing it’s an UK magazine since its price is written in pounds. The article is about his playing style and there are also six pages of The Zephyr Song tabs. Here are the scans, I was lucky to come accross that magazine on Saturday.

The saga goes on, according to many sources. This time, quotting stereoboard.com and fixing their grammar mistakes. Tom Petty is reportedly in discussions with lawyers regarding filing a copyright lawsuit against Red Hot Chili Peppers and their producer Rick Rubin. The Chilis were accused last month of plagiarising Petty’s 1993 hit Mary Jane’s Last Dance on latest single Dani California.
