Red Hot Chili Peppers

  • Some media from the LA show…

Click here to see two short clips of Higher Ground and a jam from the semi-secret RHCP show at the Roxy in Los Angeles yesterday, thanks to LAist. You will also notice one big change…unless you’re visually impaired;) Or…click the below link for an obvious explanation. Pics and I-M.net’s own media from this event hopefully coming soon! Disclaimer: I am not sure where this photo is from, I used it just a hint, so apologises to the author.

  • RHCP won the best album award at the EMAs

Red Hot Chili Peppers have won the album of the year award at this year’s MTV European Music Awards held last night in Copenhagen, Denmark. Their acceptance speech was recorded a couple of days earlier and played upon the announcing the award, as they couldn’t make it to the show. Here’s the clip I recorded from TV (8 Mb and many thanks to Becky for helping me with transfering it to MegaUpload!), it will be on the site as soon as it’s moved to a new serer. Note: the mailing list on the site is temporarily disabled because of the server overload. If you want to see what’s new, you…

  • Invisible Movement Albany special part three!

There was an issue regarding the rating system and one other script; so the account got automatically suspended and the site was down for aprox. 11 hours. I apologise for that. Either way, after that little screwup, the videos should be downloading normally now. And three new videos from the Albany have been added to the show’s page: Fortune Faded, Dani California and perhaps one of the best intro jams this year (however, there will be some people’s heads in the video…ignore that and listen to the music!). So, go and get them. And this is not even 1/2 of the Invisible Movement Albany special, so don’t go away;)

  • Invisible Movement Albany special part two!

First of all…our Snow clip from 17th October was stolen and uploaded to YouTube twice already. Could people who do things like that actually read what’s written at the end of each video? I always find it out and, if you don’t accept the warning and remove it, I will contact YouTube. This is not fair to me, not fair to Marian and not fair to this website. Please, have some respect. Two more videos from the Albany show are online, Charlie and Can’t Stop. You can view them here. And once again, when I write the notice at the end frame, I mean it. OK? Also, rating system has…

  • Invisible Movement Albany special part one!

You saw this one coming, didn’t you? ^_^ A click on the image below will take you to the page with Albany videos. This time, Marian taped almost everything and, well, so far, I put online Scar Tissue and…probably the best video clip of Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow? ever. Download it and you will see what I’m talking about. Also, check out the photos Missy, Marian’s sister took at the show and after the show, right at this link. More coming soon, as we’re both getting a bit worn out from all this hard work and it’s less tiring when done step by step; hope you can understand…

  • Yet another RHCP promo show in UK

…will be held at Roundhouse in Camden on 22nd November. RHCP official fanclub will be giving tickets to gold members in one of those competitions; while XFM radio will probably also have some sort of an action. More info as soon as it’s available.

  • Review of the Albany show

Here is a review of the last night’s shows in Albany, NY, USA…to keep you happy until the Invisible Movement Albany special (in who knows how many parts) sees the light of the day. Happy reading! The Peppers aren’t going softly into middle age. On the contrary, the Peppers have been ripping it up, releasing the double-disc “Stadium Arcadium” in May and are in the midst of a worldwide tour that ends next April. The Peppers were red hot at the Pepsi Arena on Saturday night, blowing away a sellout crowd of more than 15,000 with almost two hours of relentless, slamming rock/funk that had fans up on their feet…

  • Invisible Movement East Rutherford special part two!

Six more videos have been added to the East Rutherford special page: full clips of the intro jam, Can’t Stop, Scar Tissue, Dani California and partial clips of Fortune Faded and Me & My Friends. That concludes the special, as there’s no more footage available. And, here are some pics from the same show, by the same person as well: click! Once again, if you want to say thanks to Marian for this, reply to the previous entry🙂
